SENG-NE Senior Executive Networking Group – New England
"A professional development community promoting lifelong networking"
The Senior Executive Networking Group is as an opportunity for
seasoned executives from all business functional areas, diverse
industries, and with varied interests to meet on a regular basis to:
- · Share their experiences and expertise;
- · Grow professionally;
- · Assist members in career development.
As a professional development group we seek to balance our membership through professional diversity and retain member interest through dynamic meeting content and a format that meets the needs of both those in job or career transition and those seeking to build long-term
professional relationships.
The structure of our monthly meeting is designed to meet the time
constraints of senior executives as well as those who would like to
take advantage of more formal networking within the group. A typical
meeting structure will consist of two segments:
Professional Development
7:30 AM to 8:00 AM - Informal networking
8:00 AM to 8:45 AM – Professional Development
8:45 AM to 9:00 AM - Break
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM - One minute Elevator Speech
9:30 AM to 10:30 AM - Structured networking groups
(8 - 9 people per group)
Meetings are held on the first and third Friday mornings of each month for the first two months of the quarter and the third Wednesday evening of the third month of the quarter. A nominal charge $15 is necessary to cover refreshments and room charges for the breakfast meetings and $35 for the evening meetings. Members are Director, Vice President or “C” level executives and may be "in transition" or currently in an executive position. We believe there is value to all in sharing business experiences, personal contacts and job leads today and going forward from such a diverse member base.
